Experience and
Education
Graeme graduated from University College London (UCL) Medical School, where he was awarded the Allen Goldsmith Prize in Ophthalmology and the Moorfields Undergraduate Prize. He is a Fellow of both the Royal College of Opthalmologists in the United Kingdom (RCOphth) and the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists (RANZCO).
Graeme is a vocationally registered ophthalmologist in both New Zealand and the United Kingdom. He holds a Retina Subspecialty qualification from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
Graeme completed his Ophthalmology residency programme in London, centred at the world renowned Moorfields Eye Hospital. He subsequently completed two fellowships in vitreoretinal surgery — at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London, UK, and at Alberta Retina Consultants, through the University of Alberta in Canada.
In early 2025, Graeme joined Greenlane Clinical Centre as a Senior Medical Officer. He has performed several thousand vitreoretinal and cataract operations, with expertise in the full spectrum of medical and surgical retinal disease.
